주니어 골퍼의 지도자 만족, 스포츠자신감, 운동수행능력 간의 관계
[목적] 본 연구는 주니어 골퍼의 지도자 만족과 스포츠자신감 및 운동수행능력 간의 관계를 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. [방법] 대한체육회에 등록된 중, 고등학교 소속의 골프 선수를 모집단으로 편의표집방법으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 230부의 설문지를 수집하였으며, 이 중 신뢰할 수 없다고 판단된 19부를 제외한 총 211부를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 통계프로그램 SPSS 21을 사용하여 연구의 목적에 따라 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. [결과] 첫째, 주니어 골퍼의 지도자 만족은 스포츠자신감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 주니어 골퍼의 지도자 만족은 운동수행능력에 통걔적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 주니어 골퍼의 스포츠자신감은 운동수행능력에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 주니어 골퍼의 운동수행능력 향상을 위해서는 기술 지도뿐만 아니라 지도자 만족을 높이고 스포츠자신감을 강화할 수 있는 지도 환경 조성이 필요하다.
The Relationship among Coach Satisfaction, Sport Confidence, and Athletic Performance in Junior Golfers
[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among coach satisfaction, sport confidence, and athletic performance in junior golfers. [Method] A survey was conducted using a convenience sampling method targeting middle and high school golf athletes registered with the Korean Olympic Committee(KOC). A total of 230 questionnaires were collected, of which 19 were deemed unreliable and excluded, resulting in 211 valid responses used for the final analysis. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 21 program, and frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed according to the research objectives. [Result] First, coach satisfaction had a significant effect on sport confidence among junior golfers. Second, coach satisfaction did not have a statistically significant effect on athletic performance. Third, sport confidence had a significant partial effect on athletic performance. [Conclusion] An effective coaching environment that enhances satisfaction with the coach and sport confidence is essential for improving junior golfers' athletic performance.
